Development Appraisal
Development project appraisal is an iterative process requiring inputs on land cost,sales, construction cost, finance cost and development program.
We have developed a spreadsheet model which facilitates input of variables and early assessment of development situations. Using this model clients can carry out sensitivity analysis and approach land valuers and potential funders with a detailed appraisal pack.
Reporting
The depth of monthly reporting required varies according to client needs. We work with management to identify and collect the information they need working closely with in house commercial teams when necessary.
We have helped clients prepare Management Accounts, Expected Final Cost and Value Reports by Project, and detailed job cost reports by individual costhead.
Sharepoint/Project Extranet
We have been helping property developers and contractors set up Project Extranets for over 10 years.
The Microsoft Office365 E3 subscription now includes Sharepoint and Powerapps. This provides access to a powerful collection of collaboration tools and allows business to create and manage information and workflows. Currently we are implementing Powerapps that allow daily labour, plant and health and safety reporting.
